The Good, Bad and the Ugly…

We can get very skilled at seeing all that is wrong with us.  Conditioned to refine, modify, upgrade, develop and whilst this can be a positive experience when explored and developed in a way which allows us to flourish, it can also be quite a destructive process informed by our past and our present which seems to be a world which demands flawless perfection.
